When.Do is great for identifying and organizing the tasks needed to complete multiple projects. The capability to include sub-tasks provides a means for recording the actions and/or resources that are needed to complete the task. Some of the features may not be obvious at first: tap a task to edit it, touch and hold to change to select mode, in select mode: tap to select or unselect tasks, hold on right and drag to move a task, ... The operations available under the three dots changes depending upon the mode. I suggest you touch each of the graphics to learn what it does. When.Do is even useful in maintaining the items in a shopping list. :)

So far, this is the only app that satisfies my needs as "task free" was removed from the market. I do like the intuitive use of the app. There are a few things I would like to see even if it's in pro version. In "task free", a phone number, email or address would pull up the respective app with the information already inputted. Would it be possible to integrate a feature like this? - Thank you for the integration! It beats google's own app by miles.

There are many features other apps don't have. For example, setting a different remind date from due date, having repeating tasks, syncs with Google, an organization system where you can in theory archive completed lists instead of deleting, organize by date, title, or custom organize it, subtasks that are easy to manage/organize, color coded lists and folders, etc. The visual design is quite lacking in my opinion, but this app definitely gets the job done. Also no ads or have to pay to upgrade scheme.
