Buggy app got an error message after paying a ticket which actually did went through. But never got any confirmation email. Tried several times with the same error and ended up with 6 ticket which I was not aware of only found out after checking my bank account that money got debited for each failed transaction
Application qui fait ce qu'on lui demande. Pas besoin de chercher sur le net, d'aller au guichet. Mon billet est réservé en 2 minutes.
Finalement une version aboutie
It pretends to inform you of delays and cancellations but in fact it is aware of only *some* of them. So you are lured into a false sense of security and then you find out the hard way that you should not depend on this app. SNCF should know better. SNCF's reply (below) basically confirms this. You have to use a different app to *really* know if your train will be there or not. But the OuiSncf app doesn't tell you this. SNCF can easily add such a warning. I wonder why they don't.
Très bonne app, mais quelques problèmes. J'ai du appeler plusieurs fois le service clients parce qu'il y avait déjà un voyage aux dates et lieux concernés, ce qui était faux, mais qui m'empêchait alors de réserver.
