My stylist pen and board are fully charged and connected through bluetooth. All my settings are accurate as I write on the board my phone screen on the app shows the stylus pen is in position wherever I move the pen on the board but it is not drawing and showing any form of drawing on the app. Does anyone know how I can fix this

Can print images but can't figure out how to write text notes and print them. I wite text in another app and then print the image. Design and look are not very good.

Fails, not compatible with Android 11 or Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Just crashes ! Enough that the system detected possible virus and put eDraw to deep sleep. So I uninstalled eDraw as a failure. Don't waste your time, find something else.
