The scale is fine, but the app seems pretty much useless. The first day it read and saved my weight. Every day since I run the app, tap the scale to turn it on, wait for the Bluetooth symbol, step on the scale and wait. It never beeps. I get off after 5 or 10 seconds. The number goes back to zero on both scale and phone, and doesn't save. The phone then just shows the first days weight. I'm 450 lb, with arthritis. I can't stand perfectly still so the reading goes +/- several pounds as I stand

I was having such a hard time getting it to register everything it's supposed to, but I finally figured out how to do it 😅 so I hope this review will help someone having the same trouble. To get it to register body fat and everything else other than weight and BMI, you have to stand on the scale, but don't get off as soon as weight pops up. Stay on until the oooooo flashes, and your weight pops up again, and as long as your feet are clean and dry, it should work 😊

was fine until trying to see data comparisons, then the app deleted everything & even w/all permissions allowed, won't read the saved data I have from it so I basically have to start over and there's literally nothing I can do to recover anything (I tried it all already). the scale itself it great tho, only reason this isn't a 1 star.
