Tuckfolio gives your freelance workflow a home on your phone in a beautifully tactile interface inspired by a canvas tool roll and kraft paper project cards. Every client project lives as a card tucked into a stitched pocket, where you can see the project name handwritten in marker, the client stamped in dark blue, the due date on a round white sticker, and the payment amount in bold red figures. From the Dashboard tab, brass grommet counters show your active projects, due-this-week deadlines, and overdue tasks at a glance, along with a quick-add button to create a new project. The Active tab lists all open work; tap a card to edit project details or swipe to mark it as invoiced and move it forward. Once invoiced, projects move to the Invoiced tab so you can track outstanding payments at a glance without mixing them with current work. The Clients tab weaves all your project records together into fabric-label summaries showing each client's total project count and combined amounts. A simple search lets you find any project by client name or project name in seconds. All your data stays stored locally on your device, so you never need to create an account or worry about an internet connection. Delete a completed project in one gesture when you are ready to clear it from view. The four metal snap buttons at the bottom keep the tabs always within thumb reach. Tuckfolio is built for the solo freelancer who juggles a few projects, values clarity over clutter, and wants a tool that feels as analog as a paper planner but works as fast as a digital list.
