Sorry I am giving only 2 stars. Too many ads although I bought a VIP account, even though it's only basic. The ads are 30 seconds long, but they're multiplied by 4 in each ad session. The ads appear every so often, but the interval also short. Even if you skip the movie, the ads come back after you pass the ad limit, even though it was just an ad. Sometimes, there are even ads that cover the playing movie, but when you close it, the movie closes too, and the progress isn't saved.

It's actually really good for the features and video quality. But if you don't subscribe, is there a need for ads that can number up to 10? And each ad can last 30 seconds. I apologize if I'm being overly harsh because I think this is excessive. I mean, there are many subscription apps out there, but they don't have that many ads for that long. 😅 but overall, I still enjoy it. Thank you

All videos are now, all of a sudden, playing in low resolution quality only, even when selecting Full HD. This is happening on the Android app on my phone and on my TV Box. This hasn't happened before. What's going on? Please fix this as it's making viewing unbearable. Sort this out urgently. Premium User in South Africa.
