I'm very very disappointed. I paid for premium service, but my account is still on basic even though it's almost two weeks past my payment. The customer service provided also failed to solve my problem. And reply template they had and sent are really really annoying. I've bought your premium service, so why would you recommend me to buy premium subscription again!! You should at least re-read and adjust your template reply before sending it!
I'm very2 disppointed. I paid very expensive for package 4 month get 8 month but i'm buy package premium since november 2017 and now 23 january 2018 my account back to basic!!! Give me back my money..!!!!
Hey there, Giving 4 stars as the playback is smooth and there are multiple subtitles language to choose from. I wish there are more shows added in their library tho. Also, today when I log back into the app, it tells me 'So sorry, Viu is currently not available in this country.' ?????????????????? What's going on?
Please add the lastest Korean dramas. Not much option for dramas right now

Too much ads and drama is not up to date ,some genres are lack of collection and barely found new series of drama
