maybe because new, the Service is quite poor. like right now I've been trying to make transactions and its not going through. secondly, I have a 3 sign/ 3 app notification on my vulte diaspora since yesterday. initially there were 2 but now 3. I've been looking for the notifications before and after opening the app and there are none. what really im i supposed to see. sort of concerned because its an app related to my account. the ATP 6 figure input does not and has never aligned. terrible

The app is not fit for purpose.I have been unable to transfer funds successfully for ages. The six digit OTP code is impossible to enter into the displayed boxes. At the point of entering the fourth digit, a message of INCORRECT PIN is displayed. This is very frustrating.What are the other banks doing to get it right that Polaris cannot copy?

Polaris Bank, this is honestly very frustrating. Every time I urgently need to make a transfer or access my money, your app starts having issues. This has been happening repeatedly, and now you introduced the new VULTe/BOSS app upgrade, but it is still not working properly for some of us. I already downloaded the new app on my phone, but nothing is working. I have been struggling with this since last month. It is becoming exhausting that almost every year there is always one issue or another.
