its the best app but now with this new update I can't use it its saying that this app is not working for your phone and i have redmagic 8 thanks god but idk why its not working for mine

ok what is going on now? I entered the app today but it just say " حدثت مشكلة يرجى المحاولة مرة اخرى " why doesn't it work?? I tried so much. I even uninstalled it and installed it again!

It used to work, but now whenever I click on the app it doesn't open at all. Is this a problem with my phone or with the website itself?
