I am writing this email with extreme frustration and disappointment because I have been facing the same SIM stock availability issue repeatedly, and despite contacting your support team several times, there has been no proper solution. You keep telling me that SIM stock becomes available between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, so I have been checking the app during this time again and again. However, even during the mentioned timing, the SIM remains out of stock.

With great regret, I have to say that you and this platform are very poor. It's fine that you give loans, I understand that. (But for the past 20 days, I've been trying to apply for a loan. Most of the time, you don't even have stock. And if you do, it's available for only 2 minutes every day — and at that exact time, the app doesn't even open.) improve yourselves.

I have been waiting for the last 24 hours, and for the past 4 months I keep getting the same ridiculous message: “All Networks Out of Stock.” I have made countless calls and sent emails, but there is absolutely no proper response or solution. Extremely disappointing and frustrating service. Fix your system instead of wasting customers’ time!
