Flakey BT. Had to re pair often on a Galaxy s8. Because the only way to set it up is with this app, getting connected is critical. Once set up, I'll probably never use the app again. Another reason for that is the app won't accept input from Lastpass or allow pasting into the login-pw fields. Device is good, but unfortunately the over all experience is damaged by a weak app. No integration with any other health apps either. :(

I have signed up for the app. Can not connect to the app. Have a Samsung Note 9. It connects to bluetooth, I have unlocked it. But when I try to sign in again and again it says I already exist ir my email isn't verfied. But I haven't gotten anything to verify my email. I have no ideal what battery to use in the remote, so I can just use manually. The instructions are less thsn par for this. If I can not resolve my issues I am returning this....don't have time for the numerous issues.

I cannot even set up my device because the app doesn't allow me to sign up or sign in! I tried with 2 different email accounts and the app said "user already exists". Then when I go to sign in, it says "email not verified". At this point I just want to turn ON my app and device. I emailed support I hope to resolve this within 24 hours. This is too expensive to have this kind of error!
