Flakey BT. Had to re pair often on a Galaxy s8. Because the only way to set it up is with this app, getting connected is critical. Once set up, I'll probably never use the app again. Another reason for that is the app won't accept input from Lastpass or allow pasting into the login-pw fields. Device is good, but unfortunately the over all experience is damaged by a weak app. No integration with any other health apps either. :(

I have signed up for the app. Can not connect to the app. Have a Samsung Note 9. It connects to bluetooth, I have unlocked it. But when I try to sign in again and again it says I already exist ir my email isn't verfied. But I haven't gotten anything to verify my email. I have no ideal what battery to use in the remote, so I can just use manually. The instructions are less thsn par for this. If I can not resolve my issues I am returning this....don't have time for the numerous issues.

The WalkingPad is great but this app is pretty bad. Every time I want to see my current data in the app (current speed, distance...) I need to search for device and connect - shouldn't this be automatic? And Also I am not able to change preferences while walking, which is a bit annoying too. +1 for the public API - that way I would be able to code my desired features by myself. Possibly connect to the Pad using my PC's (Linux) bluetooth. EDIT: In current version I don't need to search for WalkingPad every time I am connecting, but except that the app is even worse. Now it doesn't count mi daily correctly - it sometimes just looses few kilometers. Yesterday I walked about 3.5km and later same day about 4-5 but the app shows 3.48km. It is pretty useless now as it gives incorrect results.
