Worst Experience & Customer Service As a Sri Lankan user, I found the KYC process very inconvenient because it only accepts a passport, while other countries have options like national ID and driving licence. The customer service is also extremely poor. Instead of helping with the issue, they simply told me to delete my account if I didn’t need the app. Very disappointing experience. Definitely needs improvement.

Please, I request you to add an option for INR to USD deposits as well. It would be much better and more convenient for users in India.
