Awesome service that can be a helpful tool to all who use it. Fast and easy appointment booking. A pretty good app with some interesting articles. A good variety of services (counseling, budgeting) that cater to many peoples needs. I would say that Telus is a well rounded tool for the people ❤️

Extremely confusing, extremely misguiding, there's no option available. If you even ask help, they don't even tell you how to access virtual doctors or get any virtual doctors. Note

Honesty, useless. The app contains the most basic information and a selection of random articles that offer no practical help, especially for the chronic struggles. I would not recommend it even as the first step, I think it could do more harm than good for a person with no therapy experience. The hotline numbers could have easily been a leaflet.
