Answer their questionnaire. wait 48 business hours for a response. get response basically saying your answers don't qualify in their system. respond again to that message. Got a response from them after verifying information and was then informed it would be a week before they would match me with a counselor. after already waiting 48 hours for an initial response and saying a counselor will contact you within 48 hours. would give zero stars if I could.

The chat window sucks. I accidently end the chat twice and have to repeat all the informations again !

Only worked for 3 days. Would not sync to get data from my health app!
