Ratings and reviews

Honesty, useless. The app contains the most basic information and a selection of random articles that offer no practical help, especially for the chronic struggles. I would not recommend it even as the first step, I think it could do more harm than good for a person with no therapy experience. The hotline numbers could have easily been a leaflet.

I couldn't find the app on the phone for almost a week. the app states it's called Telus health one... but when you look in the phone. it's just labelled as "one". please be consistent with the naming of the app

The app loads very slow, the well-being programmes aren't programmes, they're just a set of 'how do you feel' questions followed by 'rate this programme' questions, and you are only able to choose three categories you are interested in for which the 'snack-size' articles don't relate to at all. What I was expecting from this app isn't what is delivered at all.
