SERVER ERRORS That's what I've been getting recently. It's made navigating the app frustrating. At random moments, I get booted back to the login screen and I have to sign in again. And signing in doesn't seem to work at all. Succeeding in logging in just sends me back to the login screen. When I'm actually able browse the app, some pages take long to load. I'm not even able to change the snackable topic at all. I just get server issues that prevent me from saving my updated status.

extremely disappointed. i was so happy to get the virtual tutoring that my employer just sent me a notification on and its IMPOSSIBLE TO SIGN UP OR ACESS IT. i have read all materials and nothing works. tried to install the app on my laptop as well ( Windows) and it doesnt work. cell ( Samsung) doesnt work.

A great benefit that employers don't promote enough! I just found out about the perks by myself as I navigated the site. One star missing because some of the perks say "show proof of LifeWorks membership" and there's no real "proof" it's very awkward when you are at a place asking for the discount. I called support and they said that there isn't really a proof of LifeWorks membership. I recommend you have a "digital card" under our profile to act as that proof.
