So far I can't get past the first page where I set up my username and profile pic. I just received my digital photo frame which uses this app and so far I can only download with a USB or email. I sent an email requesting help from the app creators, but have not heard from them. After reading other reviews it seems I will have to return the frame as the app capabilities are the main reason for my purchase. Update: My husband just got the app and he gets stuck at the same profile setup screen.

It's been giving me problems since I purchased it. It's definitely connected to my wifi but won't upload any pictures from my phone. The "email pictures" function works but that defeats the ease of use I purchased it for. Can't update it either. Have tried resetting, reconnecting wifi, deleting and reuploading the app, clearing the cache. It's just not talking to my phone anymore. Don't waste your money.

Worked okay at first, now nothing uploads. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, deleting the frame and reconnecting to it. It always says the photo sent successfully but it never shows up. I've only ever had 2 photos send to the frame and had to upload those one at a time. My brother had no problem uploading the first day. In the app it shows they were sent in the little cloud upload, and in the history, but no luck. The help guide is also unhelpful since it says to "email the photos".

Our app can send 50 pictures at a time. Please confirm whether the picture frame is connected to the network
