fix your app. all of the sudden it's not letting me to sign in and review account. I put my telephone number in and it failed to send a code over and over again. tried setting a password, error days cannot confirm telephone number.

While trying to log in, the app wouldn't text me a code. The text link I was sent this morning about changing my card info also wasn't working 🙃 and when I thought, "Maybe I need to make an account," it stated my number was already registered and to try logging in😑 Tried "forgot my password", and it still wouldn't text me anything.

App working well! Liz at the Waipio Branch was the "salesperson" that convinced me to buy a monthly membership/subscription for carwashes. She continues to provide excellent customer service. Just earlier this morning, she helped me again with registering another one of our vehicles for the subscription because the original vehicle is undergoing maintenance. The change were automatically reflected on the app from my Mahalo nui Liz, and a Hau'oli makahiki hou to every Carwash808Express employee!

What’s new

This update makes logging in easier and more secure. You can now use the new “Remember Me” option to stay signed in for up to 30 days. OTP codes are now 6 digits for stronger protection. If you prefer, you can log in with a password or create one at any time. We’ve also simplified sign-up: address, state, and city are now optional fields for faster registration. As always, we’ve fixed some bugs and made stability improvements to keep everything running smoothly.
