Absolutely unprofessional. Poor app. It's cheap but the organization is poor. They can't coordinate with laundries. After experiencing wrong collection delivery times and days, wrong billing, and refunds made to another customer, I'm not going to use washon anymore.

This app simply doesn't work. The login screen to get your OTP crashes 1 second after requesting OTP so you don't have enough time to input it. Then you have to repeat the process again, making the app unusable. The development team should really fix this fundamental flaw as its costing WashOn business. Galaxy S25. Android 15.
