My dealership gives car wash vouchers now every time they work on my car. In order to use the voucher, you have to download this app. You can *only* use a voucher *once* with this stupid app. So if you've been given 5 car wash vouchers, you can't use the other 4. The app won't let you. Customer Service hours are limit. And... even the chat AI is avail during business hours. lol!

Surprise $7 dollar charge to register for the app for the free car wash voucher & they dont cover the entire cost of the full service wash @ the vendor. Plus Im still trying make sure they dont have an reoccurring monthly Surprise charge

Went to use at a car wash, had to pay $2 for an "upgrade", app had an issue and payment didn't go through, tried to do it again kept saying I have a pending wash go to wash screen. Tried reaching out to customer service said usually take minutes to reply, 12 hours later no reply, and had to pay $38 for my wash instead. Don't recommend.
