Complaints can be raised only from official accounts, but the customer care took my complaint and this guy I forgot the name was very helpful and listened to all what I have to say and recorded everything, I was very satisfied with the behaviour and professionalism shown by the customer care call center.

you guys cleaned up the app pretty well, but the experience is still as bad as it gets. you have hidden the e-services under multiple taps and then the categories don't make sense. when I go ahead and want to replace my parking card, I go to parking and I select a parking remote but then your customer service tells me sorry this is the wrong category. you should have selected the maintenance category! how come replacing a card is under maintenance? whoever designed this ux is .......

I was experiencing issue with app while renewing. I called the support center Mr Ahmed but the response was very careless. Initially he suggested trying using the website. later asked me to al wasl experience center. when questioned he was rude and told me to go there and check. it is not acceptable. I do not understand purpose of support center. issue is not fixed
