I was experiencing issue with app while renewing. I called the support center Mr Ahmed but the response was very careless. Initially he suggested trying using the website. later asked me to al wasl experience center. when questioned he was rude and told me to go there and check. it is not acceptable. I do not understand purpose of support center. issue is not fixed

you guys cleaned up the app pretty well, but the experience is still as bad as it gets. you have hidden the e-services under multiple taps and then the categories don't make sense. when I go ahead and want to replace my parking card, I go to parking and I select a parking remote but then your customer service tells me sorry this is the wrong category. you should have selected the maintenance category! how come replacing a card is under maintenance? whoever designed this ux is .......

one of the best CRM software I have had the pleasure of using. I was able to renew my contract while driving home during the red light stops. the e-sevices they provide should be a standard for all landlords and asset managers. the maintenanc team management through the app is super efficient. I'm glad to be a wasl Tennant. thank you.
