apps not working at critical time. some issues which take 2-3 days to fix, if called customer care they will tell to use web portal. unexplained charges, customer service not aware of half the issues, forms can be upgraded without the users information

Been living in wasl for more than a decade and services like repair takes place instantly which is fantastic but the reason why I downloaded the app was to find out wasl properties for renting for my friends who wish to move into wasl. Turns out most of the wasl properties are with agents through OTHER SITES, who charge 5% commission + their agency fee, so we end up paying 11% as commission to them. This wasn't the case till last year. So don't waste time downloading the app for this purpose.
