This products is very restrictive. The sales people did not explain the terms and conditions properly and after payment they refused to refund refund the payment. Be cery careful before joining. Ask about the timings of using the gym and services. We paid 2700dhs for a 3 month gym membership and then discovered we can only use the gym between 12pm to 4pm !

terrible app. Nothing loads. Spent 10 minutes to view the list of redemption outlets, but it kept trying to load.

I tried to use the app and it is not user friendly at all. Requires lots of OTPs that don't always arrive. App is also clunky. I gave up after a while. I then tried to give feedback on the app and even that didn't work. I think the worst app experience i have ever had. Pity as it looked quite useful if it had worked. I deleted it.
