Analog, two registers and nothing spare: CELEST5462 Analog Watch stacks a running seconds dial above the center and a 24-hour dial below it, on a dark face with a fine minute scale around the edge.

The minute numerals run large around the outside with the hours set smaller on an inner ring, so the two scales stay separate at a glance. The seconds sub-dial sits at twelve and the 24-hour sub-dial at six, each with its own slim hand, and the date has a window at three o'clock. Nine background colors change the dial, and either sub-dial can be handed over to a circular complication when you want live data in its place.
