I'm highly disappointed until it works properly! Yesterday all of the options were there, I could not get the translation features to work. Like I do with any app that is not functioning correctly, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now I only get two options for translating. When I don't log into my register account, all of the options are there. My coworker got the exact same ones and it took forever for her daughter to figure it out. The instructions aren't clear all. SMH

The TikTok ads lie. It is NOT voice activated nor does it automatically detect the language you are hearing. You need your phone to make it work which isn't mentioned in the ads. As others have mentioned the Conversation mode in Google Translate works better and has more features than the required Earjoy app. In addition, upon install the Earjoy app gave me six or seven translation modes. Then, the next time I accessed Earjoy all modes had disappeared but two. Rip off app.

Miniso M98 earbuds connect to phones Bluetooth just fine. But the Earjoy app doesn't allow the earbuds to connect. I purchased these for work specifically to help customers with language barriers. What a waste of money if you aren't able to use the translation feature. Earjoy, you really need to fix your application. I feel like I got scammed since it doesn't work as advertised. Can't even find directions or any type of support.
