Loved the concept, but didn't realize when you have them in you would also be able to hear others talk. You're constantly having to remove them. Also, you constantly have to hit the translator button instead of letting someone finish speaking. Has great sound if you're listing to music. The case is great because it displays the charge amount you have left. The use directions are easy , but you need to keep them close by if you don't know them all. /

The truth, it is a nice tool. It is not completely accurate in some modes. The AI was the most accurate. Ear buds add more convenience but are not needed as the app is free. I don't trust the app because you cannot clear your chat and it just seem to collect information. There is no way describe in the app or instructions erase your translations. China have become good spying.

why is connecting to a device compulsory now? I used to be able to use the translation machine without the need to connect to any device. this function is now not available and prompt me to connect device 1st.
