I use to get the white screen when I open app. I fixed issue by going into my settings- Apps- my portal(watchtower)- storage- clear cache. Worked fine after that.

I open the app and get a white screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and this still did not correct the problem

When I go to login on the app all I get is a blank white screen. I monitor two locations for law enforcement.
