Fun and easy to use. I downloaded it because I wasn't drinking enough water. This app reminds me and keeps a beautiful bar graph chart, functional, lean, well designed app. Definitely recommend it for everyone. My joints feel much better, I have more energy and less hunger because of the timing of the remainders. It asks age, sex and weight and you're good to go.

Calculates how much water to drink by weight, and height, and then sets an alarm on your phone to remind you when to drink throughout the day. For my body type, the app has me drinking a total of 64 oz. It splits the schedule into 8 parts: At waking, before and after breakfast, before and after lunch, before and after dinner, and at bedtime. It took one day to learn the schedule. The app provides the information to understand the goals involved. It's a worthwhile app for your phone!

I've been looking for a free app that would remind me to drink water. This one is great. It allows you to put your schedule in and coordinates you drinking water within your own schedule. I would like to see an app that tells you how many ounces you missed or suggest how many oz./drink will get you to your goal by bedtime. No one wants to be up all night peeing because they didn't get it in during the day. Especially with an app that allows you set the schedule. That would REALLY be awesome!!
