On my 3rd unit in 3 weeks. Hopefully this one works. Customer service is exceptional and replace units without issue. It is getting old having to replace them every week cuz they are not working. Current one seems to be working but not getting pool temperature on app. However Alexa skill has it updated so I know unit is working. Update.. I deleted the app and installed the previous version. Pool temp show right on top of screen. Looks like it is a app version that needs to be addressed

So an update: After speaking to Water Guru a better explanation: 1-No setting icon. - icon disappears when doing measurements. 2-Won't connect to wifi - with the unit working & setting disappearing when measuring, you have no way to confirm you are connected until measurements completed. 3-No Bluetooth pin . Not needed, after all. As long as Bluetooth is on, it becomes automatic, so don't try to pair. 4- Batteries keep falling out. If you can get the unit resealed, batteries will stay in.

I'm leaving a 4 star instead of 5 for a couple reasons. #1..customer service is great it's a 5. #2..the unit itself is very helpful, however dint manually use it or you will burn through your cassette, they get expensive, specially for shipping costs, need to lower your shipping, you can't tell me it cost almost 20 bucks to ship it. #3... the app is super slow. But that's not hateful. Overall it is convenient. Thanks
