the first Waterpik wouldn't power on. I initiated a warranty replacement and one of the options to select as a reason is a failure of the power switch. the unit was replaced by warranty. the new one worked for about 3 weeks and now the power switch won't turn off. I dont trust leaving it plugged in. there is obviously a problem with the quality of the power switch. Haven't had time to try and contact them again.

I've been using the water pik daily but my phone was down for 3 days. No option to indicate usage on those days missed on the app. Only option was to "start the challenge over!" When that's all the app will allow, it's not really an option is it. I believe the goal is to use the device every day, not to use your app every day, no? I uninstalled it.

Impossible to adjust time of daily reminders. When I touch the reminder time on the menu screen the screen just goes black. Otherwise it looks like the app could be potentially useful training you how to use the waterpik, but my god, can't you make sure that basic things work in this app?
