the first Waterpik wouldn't power on. I initiated a warranty replacement and one of the options to select as a reason is a failure of the power switch. the unit was replaced by warranty. the new one worked for about 3 weeks and now the power switch won't turn off. I dont trust leaving it plugged in. there is obviously a problem with the quality of the power switch. Haven't had time to try and contact them again.

Impossible to adjust time of daily reminders. When I touch the reminder time on the menu screen the screen just goes black. Otherwise it looks like the app could be potentially useful training you how to use the waterpik, but my god, can't you make sure that basic things work in this app?

I enjoy using my waterpik. The control knob helps to determine how much water pressure if best for you. the angled nozzle helps point the water to the gumline to remove food particles that regular flossing may not get. I recommend waterpik flossing system for its quick cleaning for a fresher mouth.
