Ratings and reviews

Useless. Tried to search for a book. It brought it up then quickly said oops something went wrong, or cannot connect to page or something. Tried again, found said book, tried to search stock in store, says there are no stores near me, despite there being one in town. Pretty useless. Will stick to online, hate to say it but places like Waterstones etc need to catch up with the times. I dont always have time to go looking in a store due to shift work and family life. Deleting app again

Love the store, hate the app. It's very user-unfriendly outside the UK. Prices don't display in Euro, click and collect, looking for availability and similar features are broken or not available, I have to go to the store to preorder or order... It is also rather unfortunate that raffles are limited to UK residents, but still get displayed all over the app when I select my location as Belgium. There is definite room for improvement.

The app pretty much does what I expect. Glad to see they allow you to select books and pay for your purchases through the app. It would be nice if there was some personalised recommendations for books based on past purchases. And/Or functionality to flag favourite authors so I could be informed of new publications from them.
