Have you ever heard of shaolin kung fu style?
Bodhidharma is traditionally credited as the transmitter of Chan Buddhism to China, and regarded as its first Chinese patriarch. According to Chinese legend, he also began the physical training of the monks of Shaolin Monastery that led to the creation of Shaolin kung fu.

Would you like to learn wushu martial art?
The origins of wushu may be traced back to early man and his struggle for survival in the harsh environment during Bronze Age (3000-1200 BC), or even earlier, a struggle that led to the development of techniques to defend against wild animals as well as human beings.

What do you know about kung fu basics stances?
Ma Bu, known as "horse stance" is a fundamental stance found in nearly all styles of wushu. In actual attack and defense, Ma Bu is sometimes viewed as a transitional stance, from which a practitioner may quickly switch to other stances.

In Gongbu Stance, the left leg in front (left gongbu), at a distance of 5 feet, is bent. Right – absolutely straight, feet on the width of the pelvis for greater stability. The socks of both legs are slightly turned inward. The emphasis (center of gravity) is 70% shifted to the leg standing in front. Gongbu is also practiced on the other foot, the standing time on each is 2 minutes.

With this app you can learn kung fu step by step without effort at all.
