About this app

Malinka helps you study Russian with focused cards and clear examples. Each card connects a Russian word with its translation and a short sentence, so you can see the word in context. Begin with greetings and expressions for a first conversation, then review at a pace that works for you. The introductory course highlights Cyrillic spelling, the letter ё, word stress and concise grammar notes.

Listen, repeat and practise speaking with voice features. Offline voice practice is available after you download the required speech model to your device. Save words you want to revisit and use repeat practice to shape each session.

Optional Premium unlocks full access to learning tools, removes ads and includes the live translator. Use cards and practice without opening the translator. Live translation is optional and separate from the Russian lessons.

Choose the interface language separately from the language you study: Russian remains the learning language.
