Ratings and reviews

Very frustrating. Would not recommend. The app regularly logs me out. The workouts are poorly organized. There is no search. Want to do a climbing workout? Spend the next 20 minutes scrolling the app trying to find one that fits AND is compatible with your model bike. They need to hire someone who doesn't use a Wattbike to help them make this easier.

The app now seems to be unusable, whereas in the past it was very stable. I login and then get logged out, either immediately, after a few seconds, or when changing a menu. Fortunately, Quick Ride seems to be the one thing that stays working. I've cleared my caches, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all to no avail. I'm on the latest version (6.2.2). Would like to give this app a better score, but it needs to be made stable and workable first, please.

The support staff are really trying, and there's some very promising things here, but every time I've tried to use it, bugs prevented me from doing what I wanted: When I first got it, it couldn't run on currently supported Google phones. It worked on my Pixel 4, but without full features. They fixed the crashing bug -- it loads on my Pixel 8 now -- but now it is impossible to log in, on both devices.

What's new

- Added Diagnostics so that user can upload the logs for troubleshooting under Settings → Preferences.
- Labels during the ride are fixed to maintain UI consistency across all apps.
- Bluetooth enhancements: 1) improved Bluetooth caching & 2) improved Bluetooth state handling.
