Message your childcare centre directly. Conversations stay between you and staff — not other parents.

Drop-off & pick-up made simple
Show a rotating signed QR code at the gate for drop-off or pick-up. Fast, secure, and centre-verified.

Fees & invoices
View invoices, follow bank transfer instructions, and submit payment proof from the app.

How to get started
Your childcare centre creates your account and sends an invite. Activate with your invite code, set a password, and sign in.

Account closure
You can close your account from Settings. If your child is still enrolled or fees are outstanding, you can request closure through your centre. You may also download a copy of your data.

Fluent Parent requires an account provisioned by your childcare centre.
