About this app

Wax Cache is a card inventory app for sports card and TCG collectors who want to scan cards, organize real boxes with QR labels, track values, and sell on eBay.

Stop digging through boxes. Wax Cache helps you build a searchable card collection that matches how your cards are actually stored: boxes, binders, slabs, shelves, closets, card-show inventory, grading piles, and sell-ready stacks.

ORGANIZE REAL CARD STORAGE
Create locations, boxes, binders, and collections that match your real setup. Track what you own, where it is stored, and what is ready to sort, grade, trade, show, or sell.

SCAN CARDS FASTER
Use your camera to scan cards and reduce manual entry. Add front and back images, card details, condition, grade, cost, value, and notes.

FIND ANY CARD FAST
Search by player, character, set, year, card number, condition, grade, value, box, location, checklist, or sale status.

QR LABELS FOR BOXES
Create QR labels for physical storage boxes and scan a label to jump straight to that box’s inventory. Great for shelves, closets, show boxes, long boxes, slabs, binders, and backstock.

TRACK VALUE, COST, AND PROFIT
Track estimated values, cost basis, profit/loss, sold status, collection trends, and sales reports.

SELL CARDS ON EBAY
Use Wax Cache to manage sell-ready cards, listing workflows, active inventory, and sold cards without losing track of what is still in your collection.

BUILT FOR SERIOUS COLLECTORS
Wax Cache is useful for sports cards, TCG cards, graded cards, raw cards, slabs, sealed wax, personal collections, card-show inventory, trade boxes, grading piles, and sell-ready inventory.
