This app has never worked great for me. It loses connection to toys but never recognizes that. When I open the app, it acts like the toy is connected when it's not even on. The (very) few times it has worked, it disconnects mid-session (the toy continues to function as normal, but with no remote control). Nothing seems to fix it either, I've literally had to uninstall it to get it working again, which doesn't even work 100% of the time.

The app controls do not fit on the screen properly. It is very difficult to connect to others via long distance. I spent hours trying everything to get it to work. The first letter in every word you type is capitalized. Overall, this app is a real headache. One update destroyed my contact list, so I had to add everyone back, creating doubles. There is always a connection error with this app. It showed my playing a pattern, but on the other end, there was no signal.

The app kind of sucks. If you leave the app, control from someone else stops. But the product doesn't stop so you have no idea if they switch modes. There's no indication for what the different modes do. The message screen glitches out. And support for the products is nonexistent. I.e. I contacted support to request the code for one of the products so I could connect it to the app. They provided the wrong code. I let them know. They told me I could use the product without the app. 😐
