It's good, but one suggestion - the editing pane should be optional when in landscape mode. The ability to edit the markdown is awesome, but for many of us, we edit once, and then it's about readability. Additionally, if you download the markdown (which is becoming more and more of a thing), being able to edit isn't always important. At the end of the day, any text editor works great with markdown, which is part of its appeal. Reading shouldn't come second.

Editor features are awesome. One bug: if I save a document, and then open another, it has been consistent that I cannot edit. I can view, and I can move the cursor, but when I type, nothing is changed. If I then close and open the app, it comes up with that document and I can edit it. For a free app, I can live with this easily worked around bug. Thanks for a very helpful app. I use this with a sync app that keeps the files updated on Dropbox, which allows me to view and edit on my PC.

Really nice unintrusive app with no ads and all permissions denied by default. Perfect apart from one thing: I'd love to be able to add more save accounts. Currently there is no method for saving into OneDrive. That means the user has to email or beam the file to PC and then save. Simple Markdown then becomes great for reading but not so useful for creating and saving.
