Ratings and reviews

App is unusable beyond being able to toggle between registries and just look at what you already have on them. If you try to add new items by searching on each site or even going through the menu it blanks out and says to call customer service. Strange that the app uses the desktop versions of the websites too. Has potential but overall has been very frustrating and I'd rather just use my laptop.

Not functional, I have given the app access to m camera and reset my phone and the app still doesn't allow me to scan items in store. Also, typing in a number doesn't show up as you type until you hit enter and then it magically appears.

We were told to use this app by the store manager in order to scan items into our registry. Except, the scanner in this app DOES NOT WORK. It's just a black screen and doesn't properly use the camera. Piece of shite app is what this is. I can't believe Williams Sonoma doesn't fix this garbage. On top of that, a lot of the things in the store AREN'T even on the website, so we can't add some things we really like. Overall, terrible app, terrible store.
