About this app

A simple, fuss-free food diary for the busy, lazy and slightly nutritionally fuzzy:
• Keep track of your daily food intake by simply jotting them down in a no-frills app with the option of also monitoring specific nutrient levels for each meal
• Observe patterns and trends in your dietary habits with daily, weekly and monthly chart reports.
• Download and share your food log easily with health experts and practitioners.

Set up and start logging your meals in seconds:
i. Give your diary a name.
ii. Select the diary format and nutrients to watch if desired.
iii. Indicate the date and time interval of the meal being logged e.g. 9am - 12pm, 12pm –
3pm etc.
iv. Enter a brief description of your snack or meal e.g. spicy beef noodle soup.
v. Estimate the nutrient levels of the meal (available on the Note Plus and Note more versions) e.g. salt: high, sugar: moderate etc. with the option to indicate if unsure.

Choose from three diary versions:
i. Note only (Free forever): A basic diary that lets you record your meals and snacks in
three-hourly intervals throughout the day i.e. 6am – 9am, 9am – 12pm, 12pm – 3pm
etc.
ii. Note plus ($2.49): Record your meals and snacks in three-hourly intervals PLUS report
the levels of up to three selected nutrients i.e. salt: high, iron: don’t know, sugar: low etc.
iii. Note more ($2.99): Record your meals and snacks in three-hourly intervals PLUS report
the levels of up to five selected nutrients i.e. salt: high, iron: don’t know, sugar: low etc.
