Good so far i have only had one issue and that was resolved. The booking can get a bit confusing as you have to add the service and then book it and you also have to add extra "services" if you get their other lashes. The otger thing i don't like is that it does not show you accurate prices if you are a member it only shows the regular price or their intro first time price.

I was really curious to try out a few different lash styles so I could see what the best look for me would be. The new feature in the app to try on lash styles helped me realize that I didn't want to go with the longest lash style, but that I did want more volume. It helped me share my ideal combination with my stylist Anna so she could see what I was thinking. A picture really is worth 1000 words in this case, because I don't know the right industry words to explain it to her. Previously I tried to explain it but I wasn't very good at knowing what I wanted and what would look good. This app makes it alot easier to show your stylist.
