Have contacted them about not being able to cancel appts (you have to call the salon) and a bug that says no availability until you log off and back on then voila! all the dates magically apear. They've known for a year and still haven't fixed it.

Unable to use due to the app not being able to find my account. If I try to create a new account using my email address it errors stating it's already in use. Well which is it? Does it exist or doesn't it? Have never had success with this app.

Would really like to use this app, but won't let me register because it says there's already an account with my "credentials". When I try forgot password, if finds no record of the credentials.
