I have to use this app for insurance, or I wouldn't use it. It's never been cell phone user-friendly. BEYOND FRUSTRATING! Now you have a chat box that's constantly in the way or redirecting you to the chat when constantly accidentally hitting it. Then you have to go back & start over multiple times w data entry. GRRR! Please make entering data more user friendly for updating daily habits, health trackers, quests, challenges.... As long as WellnessMD has been around it should be a much better app

Even when working it is hard to navigate, after the latest update won't even let me login. Continues to ask for additional information (my last name) then gives me: 'There was a problem servicing your request' message and saying support has been notified but nothing has changed. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to get it working for a whole day only for it to have the same issue again. hard to fulfill my employers requirements for lower copays when you can't make an app that works...

This app is the worst. Even though I pay for it with my insurance premiums, I finally had to give up and use a different service. For example, it took me forever to even find the place to schedule my biometric screening and by the time I finally completed and clicked through all the various nonsense, the app kicked me out. I logged back in and tried to leave them feedback, but I was kicked out again. Sign up for Function health. even out of pocket it is better than this.
