Ratings and reviews

The secure browser never works and always gives me an error message every time I try to use it. I don't see it suggest if sites are safe or not even with the chrome extension enabled. I'm not even sure if it's even working/running in all honesty. The only thing it has going for it is it does scans of my phone but who knows if that even works given how unusable everything else is.

I have used Webroot almost from the first year it came out. Been awesome until now. What a horrible change. The new mobile version is not good. Not only has the interface completely changed, the functionality appears to be now only a passive scanner via browser interface. Others have reported the new Mobile "app" is a battery drainer on top of it all. SO LESS FUNCTIONALITY with WORSE PERFORMANCE.

It functions great when the app functions. I am a long time customer and am glad to keep paying. Perfect antivirus, firewall, etc, for computer. Phone app sucks though. Constantly shuts itself off. Never had the problem with the old version. Had to reactivate it on my phone 3 times now also. I had 2 versions of this same exact phone on my account somehow using up my number of mobile devices.
