Attempting to add devices to a WebRoot subscription is frought with problems. I download the app, I enter my correct information, then it says I need to start a new account. Even after doing all that, I still get in a cycle of entering log in info, clicking, getting sent back to asking to open / start an new account (I already have one!!) and it's like the 5th circle of hell. Webroot doesn't have a very good customer service as you have to enter your question, and text to a bot. This SUCKS

So far, I don't have a lot of good to say for the Android version. 1. My biggest gripe is how much of a battery hog it is. I get constant notifications suggesting it be put in deep sleep to avoid excessive battery draining. 2. The interface is not what I would label 'user friendly'. 3. Supposed links to support just routed me to FAQ. I was not able to actually send a question to support from mobile app. The Windows 11 version, so far, seems to work well.

Read all the reviews that say garbage!! Looks like WR going to lose a LOT of customers. I downloaded this app and tried to log in and it won't let me. Keeps saying invalid username or password. Just created the account on my computer so I know all info is valid. Username and password work on website but not the app. Then my phone says it keeps closing. Junk so far..... After seeing it only gets 1.9 stars maybe time to look elsewhere. Too bad....I use this on 5 computers.
