10/22 newest update really makes the shopping list impossible to use. Just because I clip a digital coupon doesn't mean I want it on my current list. It's also difficult to unclip a coupon when you clip one accidentally while scrolling, but it's now on your list as well. 4/22New update won't let me save items I'm trying to add to my list that aren't in the weekly ad, like milk. It would also be nice to be able to search all available items, rather than just ad items.

The app won't even open.. just keeps saying "pending" with a circling icon. I gave up and uninstalled this piece of junk. I'll spend my hard earned dollars at a grocery store that respects customers enough to address our concerns and ensure that we have best in class experiences across all of their shopping platforms. Fortunately I live in an area that has numerous Giant Eagle stores.

Doesn't work! Can't view and save ecoupons. Please fix your website and app for ecoupons. It hasn't worked for a long time. It keeps asking to log in to save ecoupons even when you are logged in. When you click on the link to log in from the ecoupon page, there's a robot saying that the link is deleted or broken. It's like no one knows, unacceptable. Things like this is why people choose to shop at other grocery stores. Please fix it! Shop n save is the only grocery store in town.
