Literally doesn't work. Can't authenticate. Useless app. update 3/4/26. still doesn't work!! FIX IT!!

I can't even create an account because the app won't go beyond the screen where I input all my member info. I ended up creating my account on the website, but then when I try to log in to the app it says that it can't find my account!!

THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS FROM THEIR PAYMENT. They are telling customers that they can't send out checks or ACH (even though they're different) because of a distribution, but won't go into detail. They're payment system has been down for over a week and the only people hurting are the customers, and they have no idea when it will be back up. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
