I'm just starting out on my own, as I have been a carer for 15 years and love the ease of the app I just wish you could add miles, and more cleaning options (end of tenancy, carpets, and a list so the customer can pick what needs doing a lot easier)to a clean as driving to and from I'm losing money

tbh that app works and you do receive many cleaning offers. But there's no especification of the size of the place you are cleaning, you never know what you are getting yourself into, which is very complicated because the customer can ask for a 2 hours deep clean where you can take 4. yeah, you are not obligate to do, but your reputation depends on feedback trom these same customers. Also the money you get is not very good for a heavy job. Company communication also is the worst.

The worst professional platform I have used. It calls professionals “Partners”, but the truth is that ot is a one-sided, exploitative, controlling arrangement: very low pay for demanding work, opaque scoring that can penalise you when customers cancel, contradictory rules, poor automated support and difficulty obtaining human help. I completely lost confidence in Wecasa and terminated the partnership myself. Horrendous treatment of professionals.
