app great support not so. App is easy to use but the support for staff is not great. Due to adverse weather and after a discussion with the client it was decided to change the day for safety- account restricted once again. Dispite having regular clients nothing ever seems to be enough. For someone who is nerodiverse the promises made in the start up do not meet expectations working as a partner and causes nothing but stress!!

It's a good app. It took a while to get bookings, but after 1 month I have loads of new clients. Good for a side hustle or to gain experience, but £12.50-13 an hour is poor. some aspects are in french so I can't view the help documents (this is being addressed by IT I've been told) so have to constantly ask someone for help on the chat. I will say, it has a nice dashboard showing your earnings for the month and how many offers you have but the app is slow to load and sends me old notifications.

I like the concept of the Wecasa app, but the customer service experience is very frustrating. When you have a real issue, you can’t write a message in your own words or talk to a person. Instead, the app keeps sending you a series of preset messages to choose from. None of the options match the problem I’m experiencing, so I can’t explain what’s actually wrong. This makes it hard to get help or resolve an issue. Please add a way to write custom messages or speak with support.

Sorry for the frustration and thank you for your feedback. Our preset options are there to speed things up, but you can always add details afterward. Our AI assistant can also connect you with a real support agent when needed. We’re taking your feedback seriously and are continuously improving the support experience.
