Poloprint Cloud is the second 3D 3D printing cloud APP launched by Wiibooxtech co.ltd. It is an upgraded version of Poloprint pro.
Poloprint Cloud provides the most advanced AIGC 3D functions, input text, and automatically generate 3D models.
Poloprint Cloud provides thousands of online 3D models. Simple select and click, system will slice the model in the cloud and automatically send it to your 3D printer for printing.
Poloprint Cloud provides a personal model library and online creativity templates. You can design personalized 3D models, print out or save to your personal space.
Poloprint Cloud can help you set up the wifi network of 3D printers conveniently. After registering your 3D printer in the Poloprint Cloud, you can view or control your 3D printer anytime and anywhere.
If you only want to use a 3D printer in your local network, and do not want any of your private data to be sent to a third party. You can use another 3D printer APP developed by us, PP Local.
Users who have registered in Poloprint pro and associated with Tina2S need to delete the printer in Poloprint pro first. Then re register users and associated printers in the Poloprint Cloud. The mail used in Poloprint Cloud should not be same as used in Poloprint pro.
The 3D printer currently supported by Poloprint Cloud is Tina2S. The motor firmware and WIFI firmware of Tina2S need to be upgraded to V1.4 or above. For printers above V1.3 can use the local control mode to connect the printer in the APP, and then use the firmware information screen to upgrade the firmware online. For printers below V1.3, you need to manually update the firmware to the latest version. Please contact your dealer for the latest firmware and firmware upgrade methods.
At present, the Poloprint Cloud does not support Tina2 Wifi. Please look forward to the future APP and firmware updates.

everytime I try to log on using my email, it says sign in failed. it won't let me sign in at all. I tried to create an account on the website but it just keeps "sending" the verification code but I never get anything. it also says it sent one to my phone but never receive it. I dont know what else to do or how to log in to use it. this is frustrating. especially when the printer itself costs so much.

initially had a hard time setting up my account and getting the filament to feed through. now that i've used it a few times, its easier to use. it prints good quality items. my son is completely obsessed with it and wants to print everything!

APP IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I cant even use my $400 printer bc I cant login! Continuously errors out. Only time I was able to login was when I created the account and none of the projects ever loaded! Returning this piece of trash. DONT BUY!!!!
