Like others have said, there is a error message that pops up when trying to register that says "You got the verification code to many times. Please try again tomorrow", even though you haven't ... Like I got that same error message as a first time trying to sign up. Either fix it or supply use with using a email address instead to sign up.. Will update if they ever fix it. Let down.

I never changed my password but have been getting the error saying password is wrong since several years ago, tried everything and nothing worked. This is what happened when I tried again recently, 1) it always says the information for appealing my account doesn't match, 2) the guidance page for "forget password" doesn't match what I saw on the App UI. My linked email is still valid but the email verification option isn't available. 3) No success in contacting customer support.

The new version has bug playing videos, 1, Can not successfully change video quality 2, The sound is out of sync with the picture when playing at 2x playback speed 3, unable to 2x by long pressing video in full screen mode All these bugs used to work okay in last version but not the latest version.
