HOW IT WORKS

1. Go to the gym and open up Sheiko Gold. Answer a few questions about last night’s sleep, your mood, motivation, soreness, and so on. 
2. Sheiko Gold will analyze your responses relative to previous responses, past training history, goals you’re working towards, and other relevant factors. The AI will then create the best workout for that moment to move you forwards.
3. With the right workout based on your past, present, and future in hand, it’s time to get to it. Log the workout in real-time as you go. Some small adjustments might be made to the weights and number of sets depending on how things go. You can also ask for exercise substitutions if some surprises come up and the AI will determine something suitable for you.
4. Save when finished. Rest up. Then repeat the process when you’re ready to workout again.

The app has some good powerlifting training principles for competition-but not hypertrophy IMO- and the auto-regulation is not as sophisticated as advertised. So unfortunately, while the principles are there, the app is just ok. It is buggy, often crashing for me but mostly because of my device. It also lacks some basic features. I have a decade of lifting experience and spent somewhere around $300 total in this app, the last purchase being a lifetime membership. The sub should be cheaper IMO.

This app is the best thing that has happened with my training. I am someone who loves lifting weights and competing, but struggles with keeping up with my programs and how they are progressing. With Sheiko gold all I have to do is to show up to the gym and the app does the rest. Amazing! The most helpful feature to me is the stress indicators monitor, as it keeps me put when I would most likely train too hard for too long.

This app truly is the future of powerlifting training. It's the next best thing after a personal coach, if you're into powerlifting and can't afford a coach or just can't bother this app is a must. Also the developer is very active and has some exciting ideas for future app updates. I don't doubt that in the near future it will be better than even most personal coaches.
