As long as your mobile phone and the sorting control equipment (industrial PC) are connected to the same LAN, you can view the status of each sorting lane in real time and temporarily pause or resume a designated lane when needed, making on-site scheduling more immediate and labor-saving.

Whether it's logistics warehousing, production line material distribution, or package sorting, in the past, when a lane needed paper replacement, material cleaning, or temporary processing, it often required going to the equipment to operate or being forced to stop the entire line. With this app, you can directly pause "that" lane on your mobile phone, while the other lanes remain completely unaffected and continue sorting as usual, significantly reducing downtime and waiting time.

■ Main Functions

● Real-time Lane Overview Upon activation, you can see the current status of all sorting lanes (e.g., left 1-left 4, right 1-right 4), giving you a clear overview of the overall sorting situation.


● Single Channel Pause/Resume: When changing paper, cleaning materials, or temporarily suspending operations, simply pause that channel while other channels continue sorting normally. Resume with a single click after processing, without interrupting the entire line.

● Select to Enter Single Management: Tap any channel to access its individual management screen for more focused and clear settings and operations.

● Quick QR Code Connection: No need to manually memorize device addresses. Simply tap "Scan QR" and align it with the connection QR code on the control device screen to automatically input the connection address and quickly complete the connection.

● Remember Last Connection: The app remembers the device address you last connected to on your phone, allowing for quick reconnection the next time you start the app.

1. Ensure your phone and the sorting control device are connected to the same local area network.

2. Enter the device's IP address and port number, or scan the connection QR code on the device screen.

3. After connecting, you can view all channels and pause or resume specific channels as needed.
