About this app
Welcome VPN is a client for a VPN key you already have.
It comes with no servers of its own. You bring a VLESS, VMess, Trojan or Shadowsocks link — or a subscription URL — and the app does the rest. Without a key from your own provider there is nothing for it to connect to.
ONE TAP
Paste a link or scan a QR code, then press the power button. The tunnel runs on Xray, the same core the desktop clients use, so REALITY and XTLS links work exactly as they are written.
ANDROID TV
The same app runs on Android TV and Google TV and is driven entirely by the remote. No typing a key with arrows: the TV shows a short code and a QR code, you scan it with Welcome VPN on your phone, and the key or subscription arrives on the TV. A file with keys works too.
LATENCY BEFORE YOU CONNECT
Every saved server shows its own round-trip time. Measure them all at once, or let the app pick the fastest one for you.
KEEP SOME TRAFFIC OUT
Choose domains and services that should bypass the tunnel — a local banking site, a work intranet, a streaming service that blocks VPNs. Everything else goes through.
IT STAYS UP
Turn on Android's Always-on VPN and the system brings the tunnel back after a reboot or a change of network. The app shows you where the switch is.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Add a subscription URL once and the server list keeps itself up to date. Servers are grouped by subscription, refreshed on a schedule or on demand, and the app shows when a key expires.
SIX LANGUAGES
English, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, French and German, chosen inside the app and independent of the system language.
PRIVACY
We do not log your traffic: no visited sites, no DNS queries, no connection records. The app sends crash reports and anonymous usage events so that failures can be found and fixed — that is described in the privacy policy and in the Data safety section on this page.

Connection diagnostics: when a connection fails, the app records which step it broke at so we can fix blocking faster (no keys or personal data; can be turned off in Settings).
