Wellcrowd is wellbeing solution to support organisations and their employees with their mental health and wellbeing. It works by asking employees a simple daily question relating to their mood and happiness.

Any employees who are unhappy can access support straight away with a call from our wellbeing practitioners. Employees are then provided with tailored support interventions to help them feel happier about life stresses such mental health disorders, relationships, work, finances, grief, lifestyle, physical health, fitness, injuries, illnesses, or nutrition etc.

Wellcrowd gathers daily feedback and provides insight about what will make employees happier and improve their mood. By gathering data over time and through analysing trends Wellcrowd can provide bespoke wellbeing services and deliver initiatives across the workforce to support employees with what they need.
